RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If any product is not 100% satisfactory, simply return it within 30 days for a full credit or refund of purchase price.  Items cannot be exchanged.

  • Item must be returned in original condition and in original packaging. Items that are returned defaced or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.
  • In the case of shipping damages please contact the carrier or our customer service department.  
  • Credit for returned merchandise will always be issued to the same card to which it was charged. 
  • Original shipping fees if applicable will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly, damaged or defective.
  • UPS, USPS or FedEx delivery is recommended for all returns
